JOB OVERVIEW

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Perform basic data entry and database functions
    Filing and general organization of departmental documents
    Compile sort copy and file records as needed for various office transactions
    Answer telephones direct calls and take messages
    Develop and implement organized filing systems

• Excellent typing skills proofreading and grammatical skills
 
• Energetic proactive approach to work and the ability to self-motivate
 
• Professional attitude and an internal customer-service orientation
