Job Description
Job Purpose:

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity in sales and marketing industries? We’re looking for a Payroll Clerk who is hardworking, motivated and committed to long-term employment to join our team. We are a small rapidly growing sales and marketing company, based in Calgary, Canada.

Key Technical Responsibilities:

 
• Update and maintain payroll records appropriately and accurately
 
• Handle basic administrative payroll duties including data entry, filing, and faxing
 
• Document in detail all interactions with customers with high level of accuracy
 
• Inputting various data into Excel in an accurate and timely manner
 
• Create weekly and monthly metric reports for the management

Desired Skills & Experience:

 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 
• Well-developed MS Office skills and experience (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and Google Docs.)
 
• Highly sensitive and confidential information relating to payroll and HR in a professional manner
 
• Work accurately under pressure and within very tight timelines
 
• A willingness to learn and possesses a positive attitude
 
• Excellent both oral and written communication skills
