Job Description

SIMMARK is an ever growing multi-service trade company based in the Shoalhaven, Wollongong and Southern Highlands. Due to expansion in our Shoalhaven branch we are searching for a suitable candidate to step into a fast paced and pivotal role as a maintenance & project scheduler. Duties will include:

  • Scheduling residential bookings
  • Scheduling ongoing projects/commercial projects
  • Creating/organising the daily schedule
  • Calling/Emailing clients and confirming schedule times
  • Following up with builders/project managers to keep on top of scheduling time frames
  • Building relationships with builders/project managers & maintenance clients
  • Organising and scheduling monthly maintenance for contracted maintenance clients
  • Organising/making changes to the schedule for emergency job bookings
  • Answering phone calls, enquiries - Booking quotations/site inspections
The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, work well under pressure and hold the following attributes:
  • Outstanding problem solving skills 
  • Outstanding time management and systematically minded
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Previous administration experience
  • Understanding of the Shoalhaven/Jervis Bay area
  • Friendly/professional phone manner
  • Written communication skills/spelling and grammar accuracy.
