Simplex Insurance Solutions is a multi-award winning Insurance Brokerage with clients located right across Australia and has a reputation for providing clients with expert advice and professional service. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well spoken and well presented individual with excellent communication skills to join our company and be our first point of contact at our Macedon Ranges Branch Office in Kyneton.

The Reception/Trainee Broker position is a varied and engaging role with numerous career development opportunities. The role combines general Reception and Customer Service duties with the possible opportunity to complete a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Insurance Broking, and also offers fantastic peer support and on the job training. 

The successful applicant will have an exceptional phone manner, demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and some Excel functions, a bright, bubbly personality, drivers licence and own vehicle as well as a willingness to learn. Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail are vital to this role, as is a positive, can do approach. Previous office experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
