Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conducting all project administration duties and clerical support for Project Managers 
  • Managing office procedures with an incredible eye for detail 
  • Managing several projects at the one time 
  • Collaborating contracts for clients 
  • Project schedule maintenance 
  • Maintain Project diary and invoicing 
  • Create purchase orders and managing site paperwork 
  • Manage quotes and client portfolio’s 
  About YouThe successful candidate will be a highly skilled Administrator with proven skills in a fast pace environment and a quantifiable track record of successfully meeting deadlines and supporting a team. 
  • 3 years Project Administrator experience 
  • Advanced IT skills and computer skills 
  • High time management and organisational skills 
  • Very high level communication skills 
  • Vibrant and professional telephone manner 
  • Very high level of attention to detail, track record of no mistakes 
  • Accounts experience, MYOB and book keeping certificate preferred 
  • Energy, Drive & Confidence !!!
