Job Summary

We are currently seeking a well presented and experienced Office Administrator who will make the commitment to conduct their work with determination, integrity and purpose. Candidate must have some experience in data entry and administrative field. If you think you have the necessary skills in this role this may be the perfect opportunity for you.!

Duties and Responsibilities:

 
• Manage & update database records with current business information
 
• Organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer
 
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and office organization
 
• Maintain & correct errors in our data management system
 
• Perform data entry of files and analysis of records
 
• Entering data and performing database activities

Mandatory Requirements:

 
• 2 years experience in an administrative and data entry environment
 
• Proven data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
 
• Strong Microsoft excel skills with a fast and accurate typing speed
 
• To be highly organized and possess great time management skills
 
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
 
• Able to work with minimal supervision
