Due to growth, our client, a well-established organisation within the construction industry is currently seeking an experienced and Hands-on  QHSE Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. 

This will be a great opportunity to take control of this role and use skills in:
·         Executing & advising chains of responsibility with QHSE

 
·         Implementation of HVNL Enforcement Framework and Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations 
·         Lead the Design and Implementation of WHS management software 
·         Conduct internal audits & site inspections on site as required 
·         Monitoring waste management 
·         Provide support and assistance during external or second party auditing activities 
·         Assist with the reporting and investigation of Quality related non-conformances 
·         Monitor compliance for the Group QHSE Management Manual, Management Plans, JSEAs SWPs and other System procedural documents
·         Development and presentation of training resources for The Group staff on matters related to Quality, Safety, Environment topics 
·         Tool box meetings management 
·         Interpreting WH&S, incident reports & execution 
·         Provide support and training on all QHSE matters related to the provision of all group service provision requirements and a safe working environment. 
·         Development of Quality related and Safe Systems of Work documents such as Management Plans, JSEAs SWPs and Work Instructions using existing templates and document formats. 
·         Carry out risk assessments as required (using Site Risk Assessment Tools), identify hazards and controls, and implement corrective action.
·         Assist with the reporting of non-conformances, incidents and injuries using the group reporting frameworks and carry out incident investigations as required and report to the group management and clients. 
·         Develop and implement recycling/reuse programs for all recyclable wastes or by-products produced. 
·         Liaise with the site managers as required. 
·         Assist Managers with the, compliance and improvement of the Group QHSE System providing specialised advice as required.
·         Provide support and assistance during external or second party auditing activities 
·         Assist with the reporting and investigation of Quality related non-conformances    

Previous experience will be an advantage, 
·         Experience working with all departments for issues, maintenance and implementation of QHSE topics in the organization 
·         Construction and or Industrial related industry experience 
·         Report writing, drafting and amending policies/procedures 
·         Workplace Quality /Health/ Safety/Environmental maintenance, governance & implementation etc. 

The successful person will need to be reliable, honest, and punctual and communicate well with people internally and externally. You will need to bring to this role maturity, respect for others, a friendly disposition and exceptional attention to detail and integrity. Previous QHSE Advisor experience in a similar position along with excellent  MS Word/MS Excel and strong communication skills will be rewarded with job satisfaction and working with a group of people who enjoy what they do!
