The restaurant seats 140 guests, boasts three private dining rooms and opens seven days for lunch and dinner. We are looking for passionate and creative hospitality professionals capable of helping us to create contemporary Japanese service and deliver a refined dining experience. You should have experience and an interest in Japanese cuisine, Saké, domestic and international wines.
The successful candidate will have:
Have great communication skills & attention to detail
Previous experience in refined dining a must, professional hospitality environment – 3 years
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
Proven experience working within a successful team environment
Capacity to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement
Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
Ability to lead by example, be hands on and can instil a sense of fun in the workplace, no egos
