Experienced Chef Wanted Mon - Fri

A new cafe/ restaurant in Mascot, NSW currently in fitout, opening in October; looking for an experienced chef and cook to join our team. This role includes, but not limited to:
·     

  - Have an experience working in a similar role in a commercial kitchen
·      - Have a good understanding of Asian cooking
·        - lead and coordinate activities of the kitchen team
·       - Great understanding of stock rotation and food hygience
·          - Exhibit passion and excitement over work and have a can-do attitude
·          - Good communication skills and time management
