Each day you will…….

  • Deliver a highly empathetic Customer Service experience
  • Analyse information from varying sources
  • Educate customers and translate complex information
  • Assess & investigate a portfolio of Claims
  • Communicate Claims outcomes to customers
  • Review insurance claims submissions and escalate to relevant team members
