Job Description

We are an established family run business with over 60 years experience in the automotive/repair industry looking for a full-time receptionist/office administrator to join our friendly team to help the office run smoothly from 8am - 4:30pm. A typical day will include:

  • Invoicing insurance companies
  • Debt collecting/ settling files
  • Booking in assessments 
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
  • Assisting management
  • Answering phones
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all queries that come through (in-person, phone and email)
  • Filing and general administration
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
  • Experience with invoicing (accounts receivable)
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • MYOB (accounting) knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer service and work ethic
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Professional phone manner
