We have a position for a part-time cellar door guru with experience in Food & beverage service and sales, a passion for wine/craft cider, and an outgoing personality for our fantastic new Harvest Room.
Based in the Perth Hills, you will be working in a fast-paced environment conducting guided cider tastings, serving platters and beverages and looking after the providor (retail) sales of our CORE products. You will be an inspiring team leader and provide exemplary customer service to our valued guests.
Supervise the day to day operations of the Harvest Room Overseeing and supporting the team to deliver high quality tasting experiences, and exceptional customer service Merchandising and stock rotation to ensure presentation standards are met Ensure RSA and safe food handling practices are adhered to Enhancing workplace culture and ensuring our Code of Conduct is followed Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the Harvest Room is maintained
You will have:
Exemplary customer service skills and the ability to make people smile Previous experience as a retail Supervisor in a comparable environment Thorough knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements within a hospitality space Experience in effectively managing costs Stock control/ordering/receiving/cash handling experience Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for innovation and detail The ability to keep cool in a fast-paced environment Impeccable presentation
Weekend availability is essential in this role.
There is no public transport to the venue so driver''s licence and own car is a must.
Exemplary English and communication skills are also a must.
