The Jolly Miller story began in the early 1990s with a humble bakery patisserie in the small country town of Gisborne in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. The word soon spread and there are now Jolly Miller café patisseries across the state offering quality-made coffee, wholesome food and delicious pastries and the most delicious of homemade cakes.
 About the Role
 Due to company growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Barista to join our team within our Williams Landing café. The successful candidate will have: –

• A minimum of 2 years’ barista experience in a high-volume café
• Comfortable to set, adjust & correct machine & grinder settings
• Experience working autonomously and as part of a team
• Exceptional knowledge of making all types of espresso coffee
• Highly presentable and friendly with customers and staff
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Responsible for efficient, high quality coffee production
• Daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
• Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
• Impeccable presentation and grooming
• Sound Knowledge of OH&S & hygiene
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts across a 7 – day week
• Punctuality, reliability and own transport is a must
