Engineer Reliability Work for a global leader in the resources sector Challenge, Identify and Develop Strategies FIFO 4/3 Roster East Pilbara About the role We are looking for an Engineer Reliability to improve asset reliability and cost through Reliability Analysis and the delivery of the Defect Elimination process. The Reliability Engineer is an expert in Root Cause Analysis and the custodian of the Site maintenance tactics. This role is a great opportunity to improve the reliability of the Fixed Plant and HME assets and contribute to a dynamic team delivering value across one of our East Pilbara Operations. You will have the ability to create value through the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives and the Defect Elimination programme leveraging off the common approach used across RTIO. Reporting to the Superintendent Asset Management & Engineering, you will: Facilitate groups of people through Reliability review meetings, Root Cause Analysis sessions, etc; Drive the successful implementation of Reliability improvement initiatives; Develop, recommend and implement strategies for improving equipment reliability and process reliability; Monitor and quantify reliability cost savings, increased production and/or equipment life cycle costs; Provide assistance to Maintenance and Project & Engineering teams with processes for effective critical spares analysis, PM Optimisation, condition monitoring etc; Monitor and analyse the performance of HME and analyse primary/secondary maintenance tasks to improve asset reliability and cost. About you To be successfully considered for this role, you will have: Bachelor of Engineering; Strong experience in engineering role in rail, mining or heavy industry; Advanced Computer Systems and Software Skills Excel, SAP; Reliability concepts FMECA, RCM, etc; Good interpersonal skills.
