Senior Planner Short Term Great opportunity to develop your career Work for a global organisation Live in the Pilbara Pannawonica About the role We are looking for a Senior Planner Short Term HME & Fixed Plant to effectively lead a team of planners and schedulers to manage equipment maintenance activities, with the aim of developing a safe, cost effective and sustainable planned and predictive maintenance culture to achieve optimum availability and reliability of equipment. The Senior Planner is also responsible for undertaking the lead role in planning for large shutdowns and accurate cost forecasting. This role is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to take on a key leadership position within the Maintenance Planning team, managing schedulers and planners. Working at Robe Valley and being residential, the Senior Planner is responsible for leading a team of 6 - 8 Planning personnel, with the scope of covering condition monitoring and crane planning / scheduling, as well as running maintenance activities. Working a 5 days on, 2 off roster and reporting to the Manager Fixed Plant, you will be: Accountable for planning shutdown, modular and equipment running maintenance in order to ensure the Plant meets present and future needs in-line with asset management work management processes and practices Accountable for the development of scheduled maintenance plans, and ensure maintenance is conducted to manufacturer recommendations to increase reliability and availability of plant and equipment Accountable for the continuous improvement of maintenance strategies, and ensuring Pilbara Mine Operations (PMO) activities are updated with accurate and comprehensive information Provide support in the development of the Plant sustaining capital works program, and facilitate implementation of approved capital projects Accurate cost forecasting of the months ahead relative to budget About you To be successfully considered for this role, you will have: Diploma or Certificate in appropriate or complimentary trade or relevant degree (e.g. Engineering) Business Solutions/CMMS SAP Experience with executing, scheduling, or planning the maintenance activities of mobile/ fixed plant equipment Strong experience with the maintenance of mobile equipment and or fixed plant Shutdown management experience Experience in a similar role A current C class manual drivers licence
